新四军重建军部纪念塔，铸铜雕塑厂。位于江苏省盐城市建军广场的环岛中央（建军路与解放路交汇处），是盐城最显著的城市地标与精神象征，俗称“大铜马”。1986年，盐城市人民政府为纪念新四军在盐城重建军部这一重大历史事件，在而建立的。自1986年9月建成以来，一直是盐城这座英雄城市的的光荣标志。

The Memorial Tower of the New Fourth Army's Rebuilding Military Department is located in the center of Jianjun Square, Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province, at the junction of Jianjun Road and Jiefang Road. It is the most prominent city landmark and spiritual symbol of Yancheng, commonly known as "Big Bronze Horse". In 1986, the Yancheng People's Government was established to commemorate the important historical event of the New Fourth Army rebuilding its military headquarters in Yancheng. Since its establishment in September 1986, Yancheng has been a glorious symbol of this heroic city.

2010年3月，为建设城市快速公交系统，“大铜马”暂时移位至建军广场东南角处，2018年9月，“大铜马”复位工程启动，10月1日，复位后新四军重建军部纪念塔重新矗立在了建军广场环岛中央。

In March 2010, in order to build the urban rapid transit system, the "Big Bronze Horse" temporarily moved to the southeast corner of Jianjun Square. In September 2018, the "Big Bronze Horse" restoration project started. On October 1, after the restoration, the New Fourth Army Rebuilding Military Department Memorial Tower was re-erected in the center of Jianjun Square around the island.
